Dear Raising A Reader Network,
Springtime gives our gardens an opportunity to regenerate and blossom. In parallel, we’re hearing wonderful stories from our Affiliates on how they responding to the pandemic by planting new ideas into their service models and watching them bloom. Keep up the good work!
At last week’s Town Hall we hosted two partners. Barefoot Books took us on an educational trip around the world with their travel app, Barefoot World Atlas. We learned about history, geography, culture, and more! Our partner that serves some of the most hard-to-reach families, Save the Children, shared the COVID-19 resources they are implementing, including their bilingual activity calendars. If you missed it, watch the recorded version here.
For this week’s Town Hall we are excited to review the RAR 2020 Refresher sets. Every spring we add approximately 90 new titles to our curated collection by creating new Refresher Sets for every age category. Join us for the big reveal! Register here.
The robust attendance and participation at our Town Hall meetings has been a rewarding exchange of ideas and collaboration. Your contributions are helping us move forward in constructive and beneficial ways that meet the needs of our Affiliates. Thank you.
We are in this together!
Kindest regards,
Michelle Torgerson and the Raising A Reader team
