Dear Raising A Reader Network,

Did your organization receive CARES Act funding to support family engagement efforts during the pandemic? Fab Fall Family Packs, part of our Family Shared Reading Program, are a powerful tool for continuing education in the home at a time when in-person instruction is curtailed, and internet access is not consistent. Many institutions are considering using the CARES Act to fund this valuable resource for families. Visit the website for more information. We’re happy to create a quote for our kits serving age groups 0-3, preschool, and K-Grade 2.

Engaging families through virtual channels can be challenging. The virtual parent engagement workshop series prepared by RAR Massachusetts for RAR National and the Affiliate Network offers a solution. If you missed last week’s Town Hall, check out the slides and recorded version.

This Friday’s Town Hall will discuss ways to serve immigrant and refugee families. How do we create equitable programs that are accessible to everyone in our community? Please join us by registering here.

Kindest regards,

The Raising A Reader team
